When purchasing an item, please be sure to read the full description as well as view all pictures. Once an item is purchased, we do not accept any Returns/ Refunds. 

If you receive your item and it is damaged, please email me direct with photos at nicolerenae63@gmail.com. You have (1) business day from the delivery date to contact me about your damaged merchandise. Damages include broken items that cannot be used. We are not responsible for damage to your item(s) after the delivery date, nor are we responsible for you not liking an item once delivered as to why we ask you to view all pictures before purchasing.
